Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed for services provided by RICHE CAPITAL LLC (operating as RICHE DIGITAL SOLUTION).

1. General Principles & Non-Refundable Nature

Due to the labor, time, and intellectual property involved in our services, all services are non-refundable after initiation. Refunds are only permitted under the strict, short-term windows defined below.

2. LLC Formation Service Policy

Our liability and refund policy for LLC Formation Services are strictly limited to the following terms:

State Filing Fees: State fees are non-refundable once submitted to the government agency.

2.1 Client Responsibility & Corrections (CRITICAL)

RICHE CAPITAL LLC is not responsible for delays, rejections, or issues arising from false, incorrect, or incomplete information supplied by the client.

• Cost of Correction: Should any correction or re-filing be required due to client error after submission, the cost of the correction (including any governmental re-filing fees and additional service fees) will be charged to the client.

• Case Closure: Once the LLC is successfully formed and all documents (Articles of Organization, EIN, etc.) have been delivered to the client, the service is considered closed and complete. No further liability, refunds, or service is implied or provided under the initial service fee.

3. Professional Virtual Assistant Services Policy

Virtual Assistant (VA) services are billed monthly. Our cancellation policy is based on service access:

4. TikTok Shop Creation Service Policy

This service is non-refundable due to the immediate allocation of expert time and delivery of setup guidance. No refunds are provided for the TikTok Shop Creation Service once the purchase is complete.

5. Returns & Refunds for Physical Goods (Exclusive Design Collection)

This section applies only to physical products sold under the "Exclusive Design Collection."

5.1 Right of Cancellation (Applies only to Physical Goods)

You are entitled to cancel your order for physical goods within 15 days from the date you received the items.

5.2 Non-Returnable Goods (Physical)

The following goods cannot be returned: personalized items, items that rapidly deteriorate, and items unsealed after delivery for health/hygiene reasons. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
